🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Background in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales (junior level accepted)
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients

• Conduct sales and marketing activities
• Prospect and generate leads
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Meet clients and present property options
• Negotiate offers and close sales deals
