1. Secretary

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma with 4 years relevant experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields
• COC is mandatory
  Work Place: Head Office

To support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day-to-day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services.

2. Construction Project Manager

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Projects as Project Engineer or equivalent
  Work Place: Head Office

Job Purpose:
To manage construction projects ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, inspections, and project closeout.

3. Branch Manager IV – IFB

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience as Business Manager-III-IFB or Assistant Branch Manager-II-IFB/Customer Service Supervisor-II-IFB
• Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking is required
  Work Place: Kemise

Job Purpose:
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvements for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.

4. Branch Manager III

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of banking/financial services experience, with at least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or equivalent
  Work Place: Dilla

Job Purpose:
