1. Driver (Female Candidates Only)

Education & Experience:

• 10/12th Grade Complete and a valid automobile driving license
• Proficiency in English and Amharic (French is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and secure transportation service at all required times
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily safety checks
• Ensure cleanliness of vehicles and compliance with safety standards
• Manage vehicle logbooks and report malfunctions/accidents timely
• Provide executive security and escort services when required

2. Junior Operator – Production (Fresh Graduates)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• 0–2 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery and production lines safely
• Perform quality inspections and maintain proper documentation
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
• Support sanitation, process monitoring, and troubleshooting activities

3. Data Encoder (Zebidar)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Manufacturing Technology, or IT
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience (preferably in an industrial setting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, check, and encode analytical data into logbooks and applications
• Maintain proper documentation, labeling, and archiving of records
• Ensure compliance with GLP, safety, and quality standards
• Support administrative duties and handle confidential information with care
