🔹 Position: Graduate Trainee

Job Summary:

Upon successful completion of a 2–3 month on-the-job and off-the-job training program, trainees will commit to a three-year service period with Addis Bank.
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Graduate Trainee will:

Handle cash transactions at the counter (receiving and paying cash against verified instruments).
Maintain accurate transaction records.
Stamp and validate documents.
Reconcile daily cash balances in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields.
Graduation Year: 2025 G.C / 2017 E.C
CGPA: 2.50 and above
Exit Exam Result: 50% and above
