🔹 1. Customer Service Officer II

Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Competencies:

• Sound understanding of general financial products and services.
• Good knowledge of bank accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and core banking systems.

Educational Qualification:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in International Banking, with strong knowledge in internal control or risk management.
