1. Security Service Supervisor

Job Summary

Under the instruction and supervision of the immediate supervisor, the Security Service Supervisor deploys, inducts, monitors, and controls security staff. The role ensures effective deployment, supervision, training, and performance management of security guards, while also overseeing uniforms, logistics, and customer service delivery in line with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, reshuffle, and supervise security guards at various duty stations.
  • Monitor attendance, patrols, and operational activities of security staff.
  • Ensure timely provision of uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
  • Administer performance management, leave schedules, and personnel records.
  • Identify training needs, provide on-the-job training, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Handle administrative queries, complaints, and disciplinary issues.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and prepare annual leave programs.
  • Ensure proper service delivery to customers as per contract agreements.
  • Report on collectable service charges related to security services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Military Science, Policing, or related fields (Military/Police Officers’ training is mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Rank Requirement: Minimum rank of Lieutenant (መቶ አለቃ) or Vice Inspector and above.
  • Other:
    • Must attach proof of 8th grade certificate.
    • Applicants above 57 years of age are not eligible.
    • Work experience from NGOs must include proof of employment tax payment.
    • Forged documents will result in legal liability.

2. Event Coordination Officer

Job Summary

The Event Coordination Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing internal and external company events, including meetings, promotional activities, and corporate gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage company events, meetings, and promotional programs.
  • Coordinate logistics (venue booking, catering, transport, accommodation).
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, internal departments, and vendors.
  • Handle event communications, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Hospitality/Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or other business-related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
  • Other:
    • Must attach proof of 8th grade certificate.
    • Work experience from NGOs must include proof of employment tax payment.
    • Forged documents will result in legal liability.
