Reports to: Branch Coordination and Monitoring Manager
Location: Branch Office

Job Summary:

Under the guidance of the Branch Coordination Division Manager, the Branch Manager II plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls branch operations. Ensures proper utilization of resources, effective customer service delivery, accurate financial transactions, and timely reporting.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields or
• BA Degree in the same fields with 7/9 years of relevant experience respectively.

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of business and financial management practices
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Analytical and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer application skills

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining personnel files, handling attendance and leave records, processing recruitment and employee data, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in HRM, Management, Accounting, or related fields
• 2 years of relevant work experience

Skills:

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication & attention to detail

Job Summary:

Deploys, monitors, and supervises security staff; ensures efficient and disciplined operations; manages uniforms, leave schedules, and performance evaluations of guards.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Military Science, Policing, or related fields
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Must have Military/Police rank: Lieutenant / Vice Inspector
• Age: Not exceeding 57 years

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
• 2 years of relevant experience

Skills:

• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
