Junior Operator

📍 Location: Hawassa, Ethiopia

💼 Type: Full-Time

🚀 Experience: Entry-Level (0–1 years)

🎯 Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting production, packaging, or utility operations through basic task execution. Contributes to productivity, safety compliance, and sustainability goals.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Operations: Monitor machinery parameters and support safe production line execution.
Maintenance: Assist with machine start-up, changeovers, and standard CLIT checks.
Compliance: Adhere to GMP, 5S, and sanitation protocols.
Reporting: Escalate safety/quality hazards and document operational performance data.
Sustainability: Actively participate in waste segregation and recycling initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Education: B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering; Chemistry; or Food Science.
Experience: 0–1 years (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Tech Skills: Basic PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Soft Skills: Strong team player, punctual, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
