About the Bank
Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in line with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business. The Bank started operations on 28 October 1999 with 27 employees and 717 shareholders, making it the 6th private bank licensed in the country.
Since then, the Bank has shown significant growth in paid-up capital, assets, shareholders, and customer base.

1. Manager, District Operations – Dire Dawa District
- Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 8/10 years relevant, of which 3 years as Branch Manager III or equivalent.
2. Branch Manager III – Branches under Hosanna District
- Education: MA/BA in related fields (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business, Banking & Finance).
- Experience: 7/9 years banking experience, of which 2 years as Branch Manager II or 3 years as Branch Manager I.
3. Branch Manager II – Branches under Hosanna District
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 6/8 years, of which 2 years as Branch Manager I.
4. Branch Manager I – Branches under Hosanna District
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years, of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operations Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
5. Branch Manager II – Branches under East, West, South, North Addis Ababa Districts
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 6/8 years, of which 2 years as Branch Manager I.
6. Branch Manager I – Branches under East, West, South, North Addis Ababa Districts
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years, of which 2 years as Business/Operations/Customer Service Manager.
7. Branch Manager I – Branches under Mekelle District
- Branches: Mekelle (Hawelti, Lochi, Alula Aba Nega), Adwa, Edaga Hamus, Kesate.
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years, of which 2 years as Business/Operations/Customer Service Manager.
8. Branch Manager II – Branches under Hawassa District
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 6/8 years, of which 2 years as Branch Manager I.
9. Branch Manager I – Branches under Hawassa District
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years, of which 2 years as Business/Operations/Customer Service Manager.
10. Branch Manager I – Jimma District
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years, of which 2 years as Business/Operations/Customer Service Manager.
11. Branch Manager I – Dire Dawa District
- Education: MA/BA in related fields.
- Experience: 4/6 years, of which 2 years as Business/Operations/Customer Service Manager.
12. Senior Auto Mechanic – Head Office
- Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Auto Mechanics, Engine Service Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 6 years (BA) or 4 years (Diploma) in Auto Mechanic or equivalent roles.
