1. Senior Customer Service Officer I

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience, with at least 2 years as Customer Service Officer.

Place of Work: Aweday & Hawassa
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

2. Customer Service Officer

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.

Place of Work: Hawassa
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

3. Manager, IT Service Desk & Auxiliary Systems (Re-advertised)

Qualification:

  • BSc (preferably MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years’ work experience.
  • At least 4 years at supervisory/managerial level, with 2 years in support/auxiliary banking operations.

Additional Requirement: ITIL or any IT certification is an advantage.

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

4. Customer Handling and Experience Officer

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in call center, customer service, research activity, quality assurance, or related fields.

Language Proficiency: Communication in multiple local and foreign languages is advantageous.

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

5. Senior Digital Banking Operation Officer

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience, with at least 2 years as Digital Banking Operation Officer.

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
