Senior Sales Officer

Belayab Cable Manufacturing PLC is engaged in the production of low voltage copper wires, aluminum conductors (AAC, AAAC, ACSR), and data cables. The company is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join its team.

📌 Position: Senior Sales Officer

Workplace: Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-city, Haile Garment Area, Lebu Industry Zone

Experience Level: Senior

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct market research to identify sales trends and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead and oversee qualification of sales leads in line with company standards.
Work closely with marketing teams to drive lead generation campaigns.
Present and communicate product value proposition effectively to clients.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular progress reports.
Participate in negotiations and high-level business presentations.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Stay updated on cable industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

BA Degree in Marketing Management, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
6–8 years of experience in sales (Cable Industry or Construction sector experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership ability and experience coaching or mentoring sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Data-driven with strong skills in market analysis, reporting, and MS Office (Word/Excel).
