Key Accounts Sales Representative


Purpose of the Job

The Key Accounts Sales Representative will support sales performance and revenue growth by monitoring distributor order processes, sales reporting, and stock management. The role involves tracking and analyzing sales data using internal systems such as DRINKIT, Eleader, and CNET, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery coordination.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“Œ Distributor Order & Sales Monitoring

  • Collect monthly distributor order plans and compare with targets.
  • Receive and validate pre-orders, confirm stock availability, and adjust orders when needed.
  • Coordinate proof of payment submissions with Finance.
  • Create orders in DRINKIT and follow up delivery with supply chain.
  • Prepare monthly Truck Turnaround Time (TRT) report.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance vs targets.
  • Prepare monthly sales dashboard and distributor SKU reporting.

๐Ÿ“Œ Stock & Sell-Out Tracking

  • Collect weekly distributor stock data and validate accuracy.
  • Update weekly and monthly sell-out templates.
  • Monitor secondary sales via CNET and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate weekly/monthly CNET sales reports: transactions, SKU performance, top customers, inactive customers.
  • Analyze sales trends and performance and report insights to STMM & ASM.

๐Ÿ“Œ Route to Market (RTM) & Execution Analytics

  • Review Van Truck Effectiveness dashboards and prepare monthly reports.
  • Create execution dashboards including scorecards for key account reps.
  • Monitor planned vs actual visits, productivity, trade asset conditions, etc.

๐Ÿ“Œ Free Goods Monitoring

  • Issue free goods requests, ensure delivery, and refund processing.
  • Prepare monthly free goods utilization reports and flag misuse.

๐Ÿ“Œ Sales Forecasting & Target Setting

  • Prepare SKUโ€“Distributorโ€“Month level budgeting and target plans based on historical data.
  • Set monthly distributor targets per channel.

๐Ÿ“Œ Analytical Support & Process Improvement

  • Conduct RRP and promotional effectiveness analysis.
  • Identify operational efficiency improvements and work with teams to implement solutions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by line manager.

About You โ€“ Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in MIS, Statistics, IT, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2โ€“4 years experience in sales operations, sales analysis, sales admin or related fields.
  • Understanding of sales operations & CRM systems (advantage).
  • Field sales background is an added advantage.
