1️⃣ System Administrator

πŸ“ Location: Addis Ababa

About the Role:
The System Administrator will support business continuity and growth by monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading company systems and networks. The role ensures smooth operations, system security, and efficient daily functioning of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including system software and applications.
  • Administer user accounts and monitor compliance with policies.
  • Ensure accurate Active Directory statistics.
  • Implement backups and data protection measures.
  • Optimize processes and recommend improvements.
  • Test new software deployments and GPO policies in a test domain.
  • Plan, coordinate, and enforce system security measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIS, MIS, or related field.
  • 4 years’ relevant experience managing server environments.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems, Cloud Computing, clustering, and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, network protocols, SAN/NAS storage, and Active Directory.
  • MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator / Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (plus).

Skills Required:

  • Cloud networking & file sharing
  • Network configuration
  • Cloud computing
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and Internet savviness

2️⃣ IMS Document & Database Administrator

πŸ“ Location: Addis Ababa

About the Role:
The IMS Document & Database Administrator manages all QSHE-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. The role also involves supporting the QSHE team and maintaining an organized document management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all QSHE documents, including policies, procedures, reports, and manuals.
  • Maintain document control registers and track revisions and approvals.
  • Conduct internal audits and generate reports on document management.
  • Support departments and end-users in accessing and updating documents.
  • Ensure proper handling, retention, and secure disposal of obsolete documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • 0–2 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of document management systems and database administration.

  • Typing and report-writing skills
  • Collaborative team skills
  • Fluent in English (reading & writing)
