Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Graduates from 2022, 2023, and 2024
• 1–2 years of IT support experience
• Hands-on experience in computer/printer hardware maintenance
• Certificates like A+ or local IT hardware training are advantageous

Job Description:

• Provide network and user support for bank systems
• Install and configure computer hardware and software
• Maintain computers, printers, scanners, and related devices
• Perform network installation and preventive maintenance at branches
• Manage end-user domain accounts via Windows Active Directory
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls if required
• Provide technical support after hours/holidays as assigned
• Report security incidents to IT manager
• Perform other related duties as assigned
