1. Digital Loan Officer (Male Applicants Only)

🕒 Experience Level: Junior (1–3 years)

Job Summary

Responsible for digital loan processing, customer engagement, and managing client relationships through digital platforms. The role focuses strongly on communication, support, and online loan facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with digital loan applications
Verify loan documents for accuracy & completeness
Maintain customer relationships using social media & digital platforms
Follow up loan disbursement and repayment
Prepare loan performance reports
Work with finance team during approval & processing
Stay updated on digital lending systems & market trends
Support marketing initiatives for digital loan products

Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance, Economics or related field
1–2 years experience in digital loan, microfinance or banking is required

Main Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls professionally
Provide product information & support to customers
Record customer data & feedback after calls
Prepare daily reports & documentation
Assist with complaint handling & escalation
Ensure compliance with internal policies
Cooperate with collections & customer service teams

Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, IT or related fields
1–2 years experience in call center or customer service is advantageous
Good communication in Amharic, English & Afan Oromo

Key Responsibilities

Monitor loan repayments & follow overdue accounts
Record client communication & repayment details
Assist in reporting weekly/monthly loan performance
Identify potential payment risks & escalate serious cases
Support credit control and operations team
Maintain compliance with MFI policies

Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
1–2 years experience in credit control/finance (internship acceptable)
Basic knowledge of loan tracking and credit processes
