1. Graphics Design Analyst

(Graphics Production)

🎓 Qualification:

BSc Degree or Level V with COC in:
- Graphic Design
- Fine Arts
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Architecture

🧠 Experience:

0 years of experience required

🛠 Additional Advantage:

Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiarity with creative AI tools is a significant advantage

🧾 Brief Description:

Responsible for developing and maintaining visual brand standards across all brand touchpoints of Ethio telecom.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Develop visual elements of brand guidelines with clear usage rules
Create high-impact design solutions
Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Create and communicate attractive designs to boost brand visibility
Verify printed materials against approved artworks
Actively listen to and understand design requests before execution
Translate requirements into creative design outputs

2. Creative Specialist

(Telecom Service Creative Content Group)

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

Option 1:

Master’s Degree in:
- Journalism
- Political Science
- Communication
- Language & Literature
- Public Relations
- Marketing Management
- or related fields
Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Option 2:

BA Degree or Level V with COC in the above fields
Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Improve marketing communications through creative, educative, and informative audio-visual productions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Enhance customer awareness of Ethio telecom’s products and corporate messages
Develop creative and effective advertisements using appropriate channels
Build a strong, consistent brand image that connects emotionally with customers

3. Creative Analyst

(Telecom Service Creative Content Group)

🎓 Qualification:

BA Degree or Level V with COC in:
- Journalism
- Political Science
- Communication
- Language & Literature
- Public Relations

4. Graphics Design Specialist

(Graphics Production)

Option 2:

BSc Degree or Level V with COC in the above fields

Experience working with printing houses or advertising agencies is desirable

Responsible for managing graphic design development for digital, print, outdoor, and motion graphic communication materials.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality digital and print communication contents
Ensure all materials comply with Ethio telecom brand guidelines
Create motion graphics and digital communication contents
Coordinate with stakeholders for timely and effective deliverables
Support visual communication needs across departments
Develop artwork for posters, advertisements, motion videos, websites, TV commercials, and events
Conduct research on design trends, tools, and techniques
Maintain design databases and artwork archives
Manage graphic projects within timelines and budget
