Required Qualification & Experience:

• Education: BSc Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Experience: Not required

Job Summary:
The Junior Procurement Officer ensures cost-efficient and timely procurement of construction materials, works, and services in compliance with EEC Company Standard Procedures (CSP), Procurement Guidelines, and Supplier Framework Manual.

2. Front Desk and Admin Assistant

Vacancy Code: DCEO’s Office 003/2025
Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Education: TVET Level IV / III or BA Degree in Office Management or related fields
• Experience:
  • TVET Level III: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience
  • BA Degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Additional Advantage:

• Experience in hotel environments, NGOs, or international organizations
• Prior work as an Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Officer, or Receptionist

3. Tender & Estimation Coordinator

Vacancy Code: Commercial 004/2025
Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • At least 1 year in a senior position in a similar role
  • Experience must be within a construction company, specifically in building projects
  • Experience in an international construction company is an added advantage
