📌 Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources
Location: Addis Ababa
Reports To: Country HR Manager
Duration: 1–2 months
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

🧾 Position Overview

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, particularly in document management, record keeping, and administrative support. This internship provides hands-on exposure to practical HR processes within an international humanitarian organization.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Scan, organize, and file personnel documents accurately and systematically
Assist in updating and maintaining employee records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Collaborate with the HR team on various tasks, projects, and initiatives

🎓 Qualification Requirements

Education:

Recent Bachelor’s Degree graduate in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- or closely related fields

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment

🎁 Benefits

Allowance: ETB 1,000 per day (subject to taxation)
Practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources operations
