📌 Position: HR Intern

• Department: Human Resources
• Location: Addis Ababa
• Reports To: Country HR Manager
• Duration: 1–2 months
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

🧾 Position Overview

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, particularly in document management, record keeping, and administrative support. This internship provides hands-on exposure to practical HR processes within an international humanitarian organization.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Scan, organize, and file personnel documents accurately and systematically
• Assist in updating and maintaining employee records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• Collaborate with the HR team on various tasks, projects, and initiatives

🎓 Qualification Requirements

Education:

• Recent Bachelor’s Degree graduate in:
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • or closely related fields

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment
