📌 Position: Receptionist / Cashier

🏢 Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Centre Coordinator, Centre Head, Technical Head, Centre Manager, or MCH Specialty Manager, the Receptionist Cashier is responsible for receiving clients, collecting and managing cash with due receipts, creating patient cards, handling incoming calls, depositing collections, and serving as custodian of petty cash.

🧾 Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and handle clients/visitors and provide appropriate information
Arrange client appointments and respond to inquiries
Collect all clinic income using MSIE legal receipts
Ensure safe keeping of cash and financial documents
Prepare and submit monthly client statistics and income reports
Create, maintain, and properly file client cards and records
Handle all communications including telephone calls and messages
Manage petty cash in accordance with organizational financial policies
Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions

🎓 Qualification Requirements

Education:

BA Degree or Diploma in:
- Accounting
- Secretarial Science
- Office Management

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in:
- Receptionist
- Cashier
- or related positions

🧠 Skills, Attitude & Attributes

Good proficiency in local language and spoken English
Professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic personality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good phone communication and computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Family Planning and Reproductive Health is an advantage
Pro-choice attitude
