1. Position: Senior Inventory Controller

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, reduce carrying cost, prevent losses, and support smooth production and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
• Monitor stock levels for raw materials, packaging, WIP & finished goods
• Conduct physical stock counts & reconcile variances
• Investigate discrepancies and stock losses
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse & sales teams
• Forecast material needs based on production plans
• Ensure timely posting of transactions in ERP systems
• Prepare inventory reports (aging, slow-moving, variances etc.)
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure proper storage handling using FIFO/FEFO
• Participate in annual stock valuation and closing activities
• Train and supervise inventory staff when necessary

Qualification & Experience

• BA Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in inventory control (preferably FMCG/manufacturing)
• Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, EOQ, safety stock
• Experience with ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Position: Store Keeper

Job Purpose

Responsible for receiving, issuing, storing and recording materials to ensure proper inventory handling and availability for operations.

Key Duties

• Receive and inspect materials based on purchase orders
• Record receipts, issues & transfers in ERP/stock cards
• Issue items to departments based on approved requests
• Maintain proper storage, labeling & bin arrangement
• Apply FIFO/FEFO rules
• Conduct periodic stock counts
• Maintain clean & safe store handling environment
• Prevent loss, theft or damage of inventory
• Prepare stock reports as required
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 0–1 year experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
• Familiarity with ERP is an advantage
