Required Number: 03
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement departmental goals and academic strategies
- Supervise instructors and support staff to ensure quality instruction
- Coordinate curriculum updates aligned with market trends
- Manage departmental budget and resources
- Ensure compliance with education standards and COC requirements
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing Management or related fields
- Minimum CGPA: 2.5 (Male & Female)
- Experience not required (advantageous)
- Holistic COC & Teaching Methodology certification required

- Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and technologies
