1. Customer Service & Information Expert

Number Required: 01

Qualification & Experience

First Degree in Information Science or related fields from a recognized institution
Experience is not mandatory, but preferable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Customer Service Officer

Number Required: 01

Qualification & Experience

First Degree only in Business Administration or Business Management from a recognized institution

Customer handling skills

3. Food and Beverage Controller

Number Required: 01

Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in Hotel Management, Food Science, Nutritional Science, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Valid and updated professional license issued by the Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority is mandatory

Required Skills

Food safety and quality control awareness
