Job Purpose
- Provide effective secretarial and office administration support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the work unit.
2. Branch Manager – IV
Locations:
- Yirgalem Branch
- Bule Hora Branch
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year as Business Manager-II or equivalent role
Job Purpose
- Ensure overall branch banking operations are conducted in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Branch Manager – IV
Locations:
- Kebridehar
- Kobo Harerge
- Branches under Jimma District
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year as Business Manager-II or equivalent role
Job Purpose
- Ensure effective management of branch banking operations in compliance with the Bank’s policies and guidelines.
4. Branch Manager – III
Locations:
- Jimma Abajifar Branch
- Jiren Branch
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience, including 1 year as Branch Manager-IV or Branch Business Manager-I
Job Purpose
- Oversee branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery in line with Bank policies and regulations.
5. Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Head Office
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, of which 1 year must be as Electrical Engineer-I or equivalent
- Strong technical, leadership, and teamwork skills
Job Purpose
- Supervise electrical works, ensure quality and safety standards, review specifications, and support introduction of new electrical construction methods and technologies.
6. Manager – Treasury Sales Desk
Location: Head Office
Required Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or Business Commerce
- 6–8 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in global market sales
- Knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Money Markets
- Strong marketing and communication skills
Job Purpose
- Drive treasury marketing activities and grow business in FX, Fixed Income, and Money Market products.
7. Manager – Trading Desk
Location: Head Office
Required Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Commerce, Statistics, or professional qualifications (e.g., CFA)
- 6–8 years of trading experience in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Bills, Bonds, Money Market, and FX trading
- Excellent technical analysis skills and regulatory knowledge
Job Purpose
- Manage FX and Fixed Income trading activities while maximizing profitability within approved risk limits.
