1. Property Management Officer

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
• Remote Work Option: Available

Job Summary

• Prepare personal files for each management staff, branch, and office holding fixed assets
• Register fixed assets (furniture, office equipment, vehicles, etc.) in personal files
• Electronically register fixed assets in the name of individuals and branches
• Maintain a master register for all fixed assets

Job Requirement

• Education: BA or MBA in:
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Procurement & Materials Management
• Experience: Minimum 3.5 years in Fixed Asset Management / Property Management

2. Junior Customer Service Officer

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale

Job Summary

• Receive and deliver physical cash to/from Cash Administrator
• Collect and validate original payment instruments against the system
• Issue and sign payment instruments
• Verify and validate DRS incoming transfers and initiate outgoing transfers
• Exchange cash denominations and post transactions
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

• Education: Graduates of 2024 & 2025 G.C. with BA in:
  • Accounting
  • Banking & Insurance
  • Banking & Finance
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Academic Requirement: Minimum cumulative GPA 3.00
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Age: ≤ 30 years
• Additional: Exit exam is mandatory
