1. System Administrator

Job Purpose
Support business continuity and growth by monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, and securing company systems and domain environments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain networked computer systems, system software, and applications
Administer and monitor user and computer accounts in line with policy
Maintain accurate Active Directory statistics
Perform data backup and recovery activities
Test new software deployments and GPO policies in test environments
Plan and implement system security measures
Optimize system processes and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIS, MIS, or related fields
4 years of experience managing server environments
MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator / Microsoft Azure Fundamentals is an advantage

Technical Skills

Operating Systems (advanced)
Cloud Computing, Virtualization & Clustering
TCP/IP and networking protocols
Active Directory, SAN/NAS storage
System security and software management best practices
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Job Summary
Responsible for managing cash, funding, treasury operations, forex exposure, and financial risks across BGI Group companies while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement cash and investment management strategies
Manage banking relationships and negotiate banking services
Oversee forex exposure and liquidity risk management
Manage debt portfolios and financing options
Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports

Qualifications & Experience

Job Purpose
Manage warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, stock control, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle finished goods receiving, storage, and dispatch
Maintain warehouse documentation and system records (AX Dynamics & Excel)
Apply FEFO (First Expiry – First Out) inventory practices
Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
Report damages, discrepancies, and non-conforming products
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and apply 5S standards
Perform end-of-shift system reconciliations

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Management, or related fields
3 years of warehouse/inventory experience in an FMCG environment
