Job Summary

The Customer Experience Partner (CX Partner) is responsible for translating the Bank’s Customer Experience (CX) strategy into effective execution at district and branch levels. The role focuses on monitoring branch performance, implementing CX initiatives, coaching staff, and embedding a strong customer-first culture through collaboration and leadership.


Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
  • Master’s Degree in related fields is an added advantage
  • Proven background in branch operations, customer experience, or service quality roles is preferred
  • CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional) certification is an added advantage

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years in a line managerial position

Functional & Technical Competencies

  • CX program execution and performance monitoring (NPS, CSAT, CES, Mystery Shopping)
  • Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis and service optimization
  • CX coaching, mentoring, and culture transformation
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategic advocacy and CX-driven transformation initiatives
