📌 Position 1: Camera Man & Video Editor

Work Location: Addis Ababa (6 Kilo, in front of Miskaye Hizunan Medhmiylem)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Camera Man & Video Editor responsible for filming high-quality videos and producing engaging content for TV programs, events, interviews, social media, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

Operate professional cameras during studio shoots, events, and interviews
Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera angles
Capture high-quality video and photography
Edit raw footage into broadcast-ready video content
Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and sound effects
Perform color correction and basic color grading
Organize, manage, and back up media files
Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams
Maintain filming and editing equipment
Ensure content aligns with organizational values and broadcast standards
Deliver projects on time

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Certificate in Film, Media, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

📌 Position 2: Assistant Camera Man & Video Editor

Work Location: Addis Ababa (6 Kilo, in front of Miskaye Hizunan Medhmiylem)

Job Description

Supports the production team in video shooting and post-production activities, including camera setup, lighting, footage organization, and basic editing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with camera, lighting, and audio setup
Support filming during events and studio sessions
Organize, transfer, and back up video files
Perform basic video editing (cutting, trimming, titles, simple effects)
Export content for social media and marketing platforms
Maintain and handle equipment safely
Support the creative team as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate or Diploma in Media, Film, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience
Basic knowledge of camera operation and lighting
Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Willingness to learn and work in a team

📌 Position 3: Social Media Director

Job Description

Responsible for developing and leading the organization’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns
Plan weekly and monthly content calendars
Supervise content creation (videos, graphics, written posts)
Manage and lead social media team members
Publish, schedule, and monitor content
Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments
Analyze performance using analytics tools
Prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth
Manage paid ads when required
Ensure consistent brand identity
Stay updated with social media trends

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communication, Media, or related fields (preferred)
