Customer Service Representative

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries
• Provide clear and accurate information about services
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Maintain records of calls and follow company procedures
• Support daily operations of the ride service

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field of study
• Strong communication skills in Amharic and English
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
