🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Process Marriott Rewards redemptions and enter guest information accurately
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and other departments to resolve guest issues
• Apply up-selling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
• Support Sales & Marketing administrative tasks (filing, emails, documentation)
• Maintain brand image and promote Marriott standards
• Assist in training and motivating team members
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• BA Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years related work experience
• Strong knowledge of CRM and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Creative thinking and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Strong coordination and networking skills
