📦 Safe Zone Logistic – Junior Warehouse Agent

Position: Junior Warehouse Agent
Department: Mail & Courier
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 ETB (Net)
Shift: Full flexibility – 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends & public holidays)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound & outbound courier shipments in compliance with customs and bonded warehouse procedures
• Scan and manage held shipments into Bond
• Prepare and verify import/export documentation
• Complete Cleared in Bond & reconciliation reports
• Maintain strict bonded warehouse security protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues
• Coordinate with third-party brokers
• Perform light manual handling (lifting, sorting, loading parcels)
• Support daily Mail & Courier operations

🔹 Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong written and spoken English
• High attention to detail & accuracy
• Good organizational & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literacy & familiarity with warehouse systems
• Physically fit for light manual work
• Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts

Advantage:

• Knowledge of Ethiopian Customs regulations
• Bonded warehouse or cargo terminal experience
• Valid Ethiopian Driver’s License
