1. Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)

• Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• Experience: Not required (fresh graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025)
• Requirements:
  • Cumulative GPA: ≥2.75 for males, ≥2.5 for females
  • Age: Below 30 years
  • Must have passed the University Exit Examination
  • Language: Proficiency in Afan Oromo mandatory; Amharic & English preferred
• Locations: Various branches (Ginir, Goro, Robe, Angetu, Haro Dumal, Duna, Werka, Agarfa)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: 2 years of related experience
• Location: Head Office – Marketing and Research Department

• Experience: 2 years relevant experience
• Location: Head Office – Procurement & Facility Department
