📝 Job Summary

The IT Auditor Officer is responsible for auditing the overall IT environment of the institution to ensure compliance with information system policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The role also provides assurance to management and the Board of Directors regarding the adequacy of IT controls and risk management practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting IT audits to ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations
• Examining and analyzing operations of IT departments
• Preparing IT audit activity plans and reports
• Conducting investigations related to IT fraud, embezzlement, and irregularities
• Monitoring corrective actions for IT audit findings
• Communicating audit findings and recommendations to relevant departments
• Participating in stock and fixed asset physical verification and reconciliation
• Providing recommendations to improve IT audit processes and internal controls

🎓 Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Informatics
• Related IT fields

---

💼 Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

---

📜 Professional Certification (Preferred)

• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification
