💼 Job Summary

The Customer Experience Associate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey. The role involves conducting customer surveys, managing customer feedback, and supporting communication between customers and the company.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer surveys using designated tools and methodologies
• Engage customers professionally and collect accurate data
• Translate survey questions and responses when necessary
• Enter and manage survey data both online and offline
• Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates
• Record and forward customer complaints to relevant departments
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security
• Provide feedback to improve survey tools and customer engagement methods
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
• Follow company policies and operational standards

🎓 Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Management
  • Related fields

💼 Experience:

• No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates can apply)

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with positive service mindset

✔ Language Advantage

Knowledge of the following languages is preferred:

• Afan Oromo
• Tigrigna
• Other local languages
  (in addition to Amharic)
