🎓 Qualification
- First Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance
- Training in Accounting Software Applications
💼 Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
📋 Key Duties
- Record financial transactions including journalizing, posting, adjusting, and closing entries
- Verify financial transactions against source documents
- Prepare monthly trial balance and financial reports
- Conduct bank reconciliation
- Manage inventory control and stocktaking activities
- Prepare payroll and verify salary advances
- Monitor tax and insurance payments
- Review petty cash transactions
- Assist external auditors during audits
- Support budget preparation and financial analysis
- Encode accounting data and generate reports using computer systems
2️⃣ Pharmacy Cashier
📌 Work Unit: No. 2 Pharmacy
📌 Reports To: Pharmacy Head
🎓 Qualification
- First Degree / College Diploma / TVET Level IV or III in Accounting
💼 Work Experience
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
📋 Key Duties
- Collect payments and issue receipts for pharmacy transactions
- Deposit cash collections in bank and manage withdrawals
- Maintain accurate cash transaction records
- Operate cash register machines and encode transactions
- Prepare daily cash reconciliation reports
- Manage petty cash and authorized payments
- Organize payment documents and receipts
- Verify daily deposit reports and supporting documents
3️⃣ Pharmacy Head (No. 2 Pharmacy)
📌 Work Unit: Addis Ababa Branch
📌 Reports To: AA Branch Head
🎓 Qualification
- First Degree / College Diploma in Pharmacy or Drugist
- Registered Pharmacist or Drugist by the Ministry of Health
💼 Work Experience
- 7 / 9 years of relevant experience
- Out of which 4 / 5 years in managerial or head position
📋 Key Duties
- Manage human, financial, and material resources of the pharmacy outlet
- Ensure proper drug storage, supply, and dispensing
- Monitor drug stock levels and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with regulations of Food, Medicine and Healthcare Administration and Control Authority
- Conduct drug needs assessment and supply planning
- Supervise pharmacy staff and operations
- Monitor distribution systems and propose improvements
- Prepare and submit operational reports
