Coordinate approvals, monitor order status, and communicate confirmed orders for loading
Monitor inventory, ensure FIFO, and manage non-conforming products
Prepare and verify sales invoices, receipts, and documentation
Track distributor transactions and provide updates on order processing
Suggest workflow improvements and support ERP/sales automation implementation
