Educational Qualification

BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Auditing, or related fields

Work Experience

4 years (BA Degree) or 2 years (Diploma) of relevant work experience

Additional Requirements

Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Word and MS Excel

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: Birr 27,243.00
Transport Allowance: Birr 1,500.00
Mobile Allowance: Birr 400.00

2. Risk & Compliance Management Officer

Educational Qualification

BA or Master’s Degree in Risk Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

Work Experience

6 years (BA) or 4 years (Master’s) of relevant experience

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and ethical standards
Strong report writing and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and MS Excel)

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: Birr 26,925.00
Transport Allowance: Birr 3,500.00
Mobile Allowance: Birr 400.00

Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

3. Marketing, BDs Planning & Institutional Reform Department Manager

Educational Qualification

BA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Management, or related fields

Work Experience

8 years (BA) or 6 years (Master’s) of relevant experience

Required Skills

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in policy development and institutional strengthening
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex projects and senior stakeholders
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and MS Excel)

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: Birr 90,917.00
Transport Allowance: 150 Liters of Benzene
Position Allowance: 5%
Mobile Card: Unlimited
