Position: Finance Officer-I

Position Overview: This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated fresh graduate eager to launch a career in a professional environment. The successful candidate will support the financial health of the organization through precise record-keeping and transaction management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting and Microsoft Office.
• Required Number: 1
• Location: Addis Ababa (Kirkos, Gotera Ethio-China Street).

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial books using Peachtree software.
• Transaction Processing: Manage daily accounts payable (vendor/trainer invoices) and accounts receivable (client payments).
• Cash Management: Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial data is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Documentation: Issue receipts, payment vouchers, and other necessary financial documents.
