External Vacancy Announcement: Linked Heroes Trading

Linked Heroes Trading is looking for a high-energy Full-Stack Python Developer to join our team in Addis Ababa. This is an ideal role for an engineer who has mastered the fundamentals of Python and modern web frameworks and is ready to dive deep into the production-grade AI ecosystem, building the next generation of LLM-powered applications.

Position: Full-Stack Python Developer

Location: On-Site (Bisrate Gebriel, Addis Ababa)

Tech Stack: Python (FastAPI), React/Next.js, LangChain/LangGraph, Qdrant

The Opportunity: What You Will Build

End-to-End AI Features: Develop and deploy features from the database layer to the UI, ensuring LLM responses are fast, accurate, and interactive.
FastAPI Microservices: Write clean, asynchronous Python code to power inference engines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Streaming User Interfaces: Build React components handling real-time data (WebSockets/SSE) for interactive AI chat states.
Agentic Workflows: Implement stateful AI agents using LangGraph, managing complex logic like retries, loops, and tool-calling.
Vector Search Integration: Work with Qdrant to manage semantic search, metadata filtering, and document chunking strategies.

Candidate Profile

1. Fullstack Development

Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience.
Python Proficiency: Strong experience specifically with FastAPI or Flask. Knowledge of Pydantic and Asyncio is a major plus.
Modern Frontend: Proficiency in React and TypeScript. Comfortable building modular components and managing API states (e.g., TanStack Query).

2. AI & Data

LLM Foundations: Experience working with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or open-source models (Llama/Mistral).
Orchestration: Basic experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
Databases: Familiarity with at least one Vector Database (Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate).
