Position: Card Back Office Representative

Role Summary: This role is critical for managing card-related operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining accurate administrative records for our digital payment and loyalty systems.

• Educational Background: BA degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related administrative roles.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, reliability, and strong teamwork abilities.
