Ovid Real Estate PLC, a member of the Ovid Group and a sister company to Ovid Construction, is a modern firm that utilizes innovative construction technologies to reduce project timelines by over fifty percent. The company is currently seeking qualified and competent professionals to join its team in Addis Ababa.

Position: Customer Handling Officer

Role Summary:

As the primary point of contact, you will manage client interactions with hospitality, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring that all inquiries and complaints are addressed or escalated efficiently.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or the service industry is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in both Amharic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Reception: Greet and receive clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Issue Management: Log customer queries, complaints, and service requests in the tracking system; provide regular updates on their status.
Coordination: Forward unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on their resolution.
Support & Documentation: Assist clients with documentation requirements and project updates; maintain accurate records of all engagements.
Administrative Maintenance: Ensure the front office/reception space remains clean, organized, and ready for customers.
