- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 0 years and above (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

2. Site Engineer
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 5 years and above of specific experience in building projects.
- Quantity: 3

3. Office Engineer
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 5 years and above of specific experience in building projects.

4. General Foreman
- Education: Diploma in Building Construction.
- Experience: 5 years and above of experience in building projects.

5. Finishing Foreman
- Education: Level 4 or Diploma in Construction Works and above.
- Experience: 5 years and above in building finishing works. Experience in real estate projects is preferable.

- Education: Diploma in Plumbing Work or technical school graduate.
- Experience: 3 years and above of work experience in building projects. Real estate experience is preferred.
