Dashen Brewery Share Company, a major player in the rapidly expanding Ethiopian beverage sector known for flagship brands like Dashen, Bale’ageru, and Jano, is seeking a qualified professional for its commercial team. This position supports operations across its Gondar plant, the state-of-the-art Debre Berhan plant, and the Addis Ababa Head Office.

Position: Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for streamlining commercial administration, managing sales data, tracking key distribution metrics, and ensuring seamless communication between the production plants and the regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Administration: Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and administrative tasks to support the field sales force.
• Data Management & Reporting: Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to compile sales records, track product distribution volumes, and generate routine performance metrics.
• Numerical Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of regional sales trends, pricing data, and commercial inventory movements to assist management decision-making.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central communication link between the Addis Ababa Head Office, the Gondar/Debre Berhan production plants, and external distribution partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related commercial discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verified commercial experience, with a heavy emphasis on sales administration, technical sales data processing, or back-office commercial support.

Core Competencies & Skills

• Technical Proficiency: High-level IT skills, featuring advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and hands-on familiarity with at least one major corporate ERP or financial management system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage).
• Analytical Skills: Sharp numerical data evaluation capabilities with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to operational detail.
• Behavioral Traits: Strong interpersonal influencing skills, proactive customer service orientation, and the ability to execute tasks independently with minimal direct oversight.
