Commercial Nominees PLC (CN) is a management service solution provider in Ethiopia, owned by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) and established in 1965. Serving as an operational backbone for major banks, government institutions, and private enterprises, the company manages critical support functions to help clients reduce costs and streamline operations.

The organization is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the following position at its Head Office.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Planning and Support Officer
• Reports To: Chief Support Officer
• Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
• Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and supporting organizational planning activities. This role involves data analysis, project coordination, and administrative support to maintain efficient operational workflows while collaborating with departments to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support decision-making.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Provide administrative support for planning-related initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and suggest operational improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
• Support the implementation of organizational policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other business-related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience, of which at least one (1) year must be at the required Job Grade.
