Position 1: Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

- Reports To: Director, Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and LinkedIn).
- Create high-quality, engaging graphic content for digital campaigns, banners, posters, and promotions.
- Plan and execute structured social media campaigns and posting schedules.
- Monitor audience engagement metrics and adapt to modern digital marketing trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Any degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Basic video editing skills are a strong asset.
Position 2: Marketing Officer
- Department: Marketing
- Reports To: Director, Marketing
- Required Quantity: 1
- Target Target Audience: FinTech client segments, specifically real estate companies.
- Gender Preference: Female applicants only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor positioning, and generate high-potential sales leads.
- Coordinate property exhibitions, corporate events, and partner promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain highly collaborative B2B relationships with corporate partners and real estate entities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related commercial field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience working directly within the real estate sector is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, presentation, client-handling, and interpersonal communication skills.
Position 3: Finance and Human Resources Officer
- Department: Business and Finance
- Reports To: Senior Director, Business and Finance
- Required Quantity: 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance: Handle petty cash management, monthly bank reconciliations, processing payments, staff advances, reimbursements, and archiving financial records for audit preparedness.
- Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment support (job postings, scheduling interviews, reference checks), update employee files, track leave requests, and assist in payroll documentation data compilation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hybrid or standalone experience in finance and/or HR roles.
- Core Competencies: Clear understanding of local Ethiopian labor laws, financial tax regulations, and standard accounting principles coupled with sharp analytical skills.
