Role Summary & What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Trainee, you will work from day one alongside experienced corporate professionals in a collaborative environment designed to sharpen your hands-on technical skills. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the end-to-end planning, asset alignment, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Generating engaging textual, visual, and multimedia storytelling content optimized for social media handles and modern digital platforms.
• Assisting with the firm’s corporate branding projects, identity standards, and promotional initiatives.
• Conducting detailed market research, consumer trend identification, and systematic competitor analysis.
• Supporting the administrative coordination of corporate events, product launches, and community campaigns.
• Collaborating across multi-functional engineering and product development teams to help drive business growth.

Qualifications & Who We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a closely related social science field of study.
• Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and working languages.
  • Highly creative mind with a proactive, self-starting attitude and an unyielding eagerness to learn.
  • Foundational familiarity with modern social media platform dynamics, content algorithms, and digital marketing concepts is considered a distinct advantage.
