Starting with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and a paid-up capital of Birr 11,480,000—well exceeding the regulatory minimum limits at the time—TISc has grown substantially from its original three Addis Ababa branches.

Executes internal or external auditing workflows; requires BA/BSc in Accounting/Finance + 2 years experience.
Conducts insurance risk mitigation and collateral inspection; requires BSc in Civil Engineering, 2 years experience, and Asset Valuation certification.
Manages internal financial controls and risk compliance; requires BA/BSc in Accounting/Finance + 4 years relevant experience.
Handles contract analysis, legal drafting, and litigation; requires LLB + 1 year experience (Afan Oromo proficiency is an advantage).
Performs corporate accounting and premium reconciliations; requires BA/BSc in Accounting/Finance + 3 years experience.
Oversees general ledgers, tax declarations, and financial statements; requires BA/BSc in Accounting/Finance + 4 years experience.
