Originally established in 2007 as BS Computer Technology and restructured in 2014, BESYS specializes in enterprise ICT solutions, data center supply and configuration, fiber optics and networking infrastructures, Microsoft and Oracle ERP systems, core finance software, ID and RFID solutions, and digital signage.
BESYS Technologies PLC invites qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to apply for the following open positions at its head office located in Addis Ababa (ICT Park near Goro).
Leads strategic planning, performance frameworks, and business development; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Business, or Project Management + minimum 5 years of relevant experience. (Master’s is a plus).
Manages project budgeting, cost analysis, and financial tracking; requires a B.A. in Accounting or Finance + 4 years of general accounting experience (including 2+ years in project/construction accounting). ERP familiarity is an advantage.
Supervises accounting operations, financial statements, and tax compliance; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance + 5 years of accounting experience (including 3+ years in a Senior Accountant role) and knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws.
Manages recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and labor law compliance; requires a B.A. in HRM, Management, or Business Administration + 4 years of HR experience and solid knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law Proclamation No. 1156/2019.
