Job Specifications & Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business, or Banking. (Master’s is an advantage).
Experience: Min. 8 years in banking (2 years in middle/line management).
IFB Expertise: Specialized diploma/cert in Islamic Banking & Finance is highly preferred.
Skills: Business development, complex credit/financing analysis, NBE regulatory compliance, and C-suite stakeholder engagement.
