1. Customer Service Advisor (Fixed-Term)

🎓 Education: University Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.

⏳ Experience: Min. 2 years (corporate call center experience preferred).

Focus: Order bookings, telephone sales, conflict resolution, and up-selling services.

2. Customer Service Tracing Advisor

🎓 Education: University Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.

⏳ Experience: Min. 2 years in a Customer Contact Centre/Service industry.

Focus: End-to-end shipment tracing, service recovery, and international hub liaison.

3. OFR (Ocean Freight) Team Leader

🎓 Education: University Degree in Logistics, SCM, or International Trade.

⏳ Experience: Min. 5 years in freight forwarding/ocean cargo sectors.

Focus: Team leadership, customs compliance, and CargoWise system management.
