🏢 Unit: Human Capital & Facility Management
💰 Gross Salary: Birr 99,691.00
🎓 Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in HRM, Management, Public Admin, or Business Admin.
⏳ Experience: 10 yrs (Master’s) or 12 yrs (Bachelor’s), with 5–7 yrs in a managerial/leadership role.
Focus: Strategic HR transformation, performance management, facility maintenance, and compliance.
🏢 Unit: Procurement & Customs Clearance
💰 Gross Salary: Birr 79,473.00 (+ benefits)
🎓 Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Logistics & SCM, Procurement, Management, or Business Admin.
⏳ Experience: 8 yrs (Master’s) or 10 yrs (Bachelor’s), with 4–6 yrs in a managerial capacity.
Focus: Procurement automation, contract negotiation, vendor database management, and customs formalities.
